Business days exclude weekends and Australian public holidays (national and state-specific). All timelines begin from the dispatch date — the date you receive your tracking number by email — not the order or payment date. During peak periods (December, January holiday season, Easter) add 3–5 extra business days.

Dispatch Process — When Your Order Ships

Orders paid by card

Payment confirmed in real time. Orders received and paid before 3:00 PM AEST, Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders received after 3:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Orders paid by bank transfer

Dispatched once payment clears in our account — typically 1–2 business days after transfer. The delivery timeline starts from the dispatch date, not the transfer date.

Dispatch confirmation

You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is handed to the carrier. This confirms your order is on its way and allows you to follow it in real time.

Discreet Packaging

Every order from redstonerx-au.com ships with complete discretion — without exception:

  • Plain, unmarked box or satchel — no logos, no branding, nothing that indicates the contents or the nature of the product inside
  • No reference to redstonerx-au.com on the outside — not on the shipping label, the return address or any visible part of the packaging
  • Neutral sender name — the return address uses a non-identifiable name. No pharmacy or health-related reference appears anywhere on the package
  • Discreet packing slip — the document inside your package does not list the medication name; only a neutral product description is used
  • Discreet billing — the charge on your credit card or bank statement appears under a neutral commercial name with no connection to redstonerx-au.com or any pharmaceutical product

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it on the carrier's website to follow your shipment — available 24/7. Tracking typically updates every 24–48 hours during transit within Australia.

If you haven't received your dispatch confirmation email within 24 hours of expected dispatch, check your junk or spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us through the contact page with your order number.

Missed Deliveries

  • Small orders are typically left in your letterbox or left at the door (ATL — Authority to Leave) if you've indicated this, without requiring a signature
  • Larger or higher-value orders may require a signature at the door. If you're not home, the carrier will leave a card with instructions to collect from a local post office or arrange redelivery
  • Act on missed delivery cards promptly — packages held at Australia Post or a courier depot are typically available for 5–10 business days before being returned to sender
  • Safe drop / ATL — if your carrier supports Authority to Leave and you'd like packages left at your door without a signature, ensure your delivery instructions reflect this when placing your order
  • Returned packages — if your package is returned to sender, contact us through the contact page so we can arrange a reshipment. Additional costs may apply if the return was due to an incorrect address or uncollected parcel

Importing Medications into Australia — TGA Personal Importation

Australia's Personal Importation Scheme: The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) allows individuals in Australia to import a personal supply of medications for their own use under the Personal Importation Scheme. Generally, this covers up to a 3-month supply of a medication for personal use. Medications imported under this scheme are not required to be on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) provided they meet the conditions of the scheme.

Delays and Delivery Problems

The vast majority of orders arrive within the usual timeframe. Occasional delays can result from Australia Post processing volumes, weather events, public holidays or customs inspection.

  • Minor delay (1–5 extra business days): normal during peak periods, extreme weather or after state/national public holidays. Check your tracking before contacting us
  • No tracking movement for 5+ business days: contact us via the contact page with your order number so we can investigate
  • Order not received within the maximum timeframe: contact us — we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a free reshipment or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy
